Whether you need a logo, a poster for your next event, social media graphics or a whole visual identity for your business, I can help you work out what you need and turn your ideas into something you can actually use.

I work with small businesses, artists, creatives and independent projects, taking a personal and collaborative approach to design. Rather than trying to fit everyone into the same formula, I take the time to understand you, your work and what you're trying to communicate, then work with you to find the right visual approach.

You don't need to arrive with a perfect brief or know exactly what you need. We can work that out together.

Branding & Visual Identity

Starting from scratch or looking to bring some consistency to what you already have?

I can help develop the visual identity of your business or project, working with you to create something that reflects who you are and what you do.

This can include:

Colour palettes
Typography and fonts

Simple brand guidelines
Any other visual elements your business needs

I can work with an existing identity or help you build one from the ground up.

Social Media Design

I can help create graphics and visual content for your social media, whether you need a one-off set of posts or some help creating templates to keep your visual style consistent.

I don't offer a fully managed social media service, but I can help you work out how to present what you already have and create visuals to support it.

Templates you can reuse yourself
Advice and guidance on presenting your content visually

You don't have to have everything figured out before you come to me. If you know what you want to say but aren't sure how to turn it into something people will stop and look at, that's something I can help with.

Need something designed to promote your business, event or project?

I can create designs for both print and digital use, including:

I can work from an idea you already have, or help you develop your own visual direction.

Photography & Visual Content

I have an HND in Photography and can also help with the photography side of your visual content.

This could mean working with you to create photographs of you and your work for your website or social media, or helping you work out what kind of photography would suit your visual identity.

If your project needs a particular specialist style or professional photographer, I can also help you find or recommend someone who is the right fit.

My approach

I like working with people rather than simply working from a brief.

Before starting a project, I'll take the time to understand you, what you do, who you're trying to reach and what you want people to understand about you.

You might already have a very clear idea of what you want, or you might just know that something isn't working and need some help figuring out why. Either is fine. I'll work with you to develop the visual direction, explain things without unnecessary design jargon and make sure we're creating something that actually works for you and your business.

My aim isn't to make everything look the same. It's to create something that feels appropriate to you.

Who I work with

I mainly work with independent businesses, artists and creatives, particularly within alternative and creative industries.

I have 10 years' experience working alongside tattooists and piercers and 20 years' experience in alternative events, working with cabaret performers and promoters, local artists, creative projects and independent businesses

I'm always interested in working with people doing something a little different.

You don't need to have a finished brief before getting in touch, I offer a range of design and creative services, there's no need to choose a package before you get in touch.

Send me your ideas, tell me what you're trying to achieve, or even just explain what's currently not working. We can have an initial chat and work out how I might be able to help, we can start with a conversation and work it out from there. As someone who is chronically ill and neurodivergent myself, I know that rigid processes and one-size-fits-all approaches don't always work for everyone. I aim to communicate clearly, be flexible where I can and find a way of working that works for the person and the project. I offer a wide range of services and can adapt the way I work depending on what you need.
